Our client is a major Cheltenham-based MSP. They are currently looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their team. They are a good company with an excellent working environment and great career progression.

The position primarily involves supporting and troubleshooting all aspects of the firm's desktop and application environment. The end user experience in using the IT Systems is of paramount importance, and as a result, it is essential that incidents and known problems are fully investigated and either resolved or explained in a timely fashion. You will also have the opportunity to be exposed to the infrastructure environment.
