Our client is a major player in the hospitality field with many household names in the UK and abroad. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Desk Manager to strengthen their Senior Management Team.
The role involves the following:
1) Taking full responsibility for everything that is raised through the Service Desk ensuring that all service level agreements are met and all clients receive excellent customer service.
2) Recruiting, training, and development of new staff plus career planning for existing staff.
3) Liaising with the Senior Management team within the business.
The role will be shaped around the skills of the successful candidate to some extent.
