Bio
Kabir joined TSR Select in July 2026 as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Cyber Security, bringing over five years of specialist IT recruitment experience to the team.
He recruits permanent cyber security professionals for MSPs, MSSPs, and cyber consultancies across the UK, working closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, culture, and long-term hiring goals before sourcing and engaging the right talent to match.
Before TSR Select, Kabir built his career in sales, followed by ERP software recruitment across the UK and Ireland, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from first client conversation through to placement.
His interest in technology started back in school, where he went on to complete a Diploma in Computer Engineering — a grounding that, combined with a genuine enjoyment of working with people, led him naturally into IT recruitment.
