Tatiana is TSR Select's part-time Operations Manager. She has over 11 years of experience in diverse roles in Brazil and the UK, including in banking, charity, retail, and food.
In her role at TSR, she focuses mainly on data analysis, creating reports, and developing and implementing new administrative systems and practices. She also works closely with the marketing team on different marketing projects and initiatives.
She enjoys working in the IT recruitment industry because it enables her to work, together with the rest of the team, to help people find a role that fits their skills and in which they feel fulfilled.
