This opportunity is to join a European tech giant; experts in proving commercial and public sector customers with IT managed services, storage infrastructure and cyber security.
The business is looking for additional sales people in both their commercial and public sector sales teams as they kick off their new FY.
The role is Senior Account Manager – a blend of taking over some existing clients and winning new business. The Sales Director does not believe in cold calling and therefore new business activity will be around working with their vendors, alliances team, marketing, and attending events. Their top sales person earned over £500,000 last year from 3 accounts and their second top earned over £250,000 from 1 account. Account Manages are encouraged to become trusted advisers within a smaller number of key accounts to achieve their targets.
They are the number one DELL partner in the UK and one of only 19 Titanium Black partners globally. They are also the only Trend partner for managed services and one of 2 with CyberArk for managed services. These unique vendor relationships mean that Account Managers don’t need to do traditional cold calling in order to win new customers.
The basic salary is negotiable depending on experience but the banding is £60,000-90,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits.
They have UK offices in London and York. The role is hybrid, but most sales people tend to spend 2-3 days in the offices and the rest of the time at home/out seeing customers and vendors.
