This opportunity is to join a global leader in Audio Visual project delivery for blue-chip businesses. They are a specialist in the design, delivery, and support of world-class solutions to the likes of Virgin, BT, Porsche, Gymshark, John Lewis, Spotify, and Burberry. Their UK HQ is based in Egham, Surrey, but they also have offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Dublin, and global offices out in Germany and China. The business is circa 650 people, £105m turnover and growing.
The role is to join as a Business Development Manager, focusing on selling AV support and services to new and existing clients over the phone. You will be supported by a high-quality database of leads.
The Sales Manager is really nice and supportive, and is a strong believer that people need to be motivated by progression, training, and reward in order to succeed.
The basic salary is £35,000-40,000 plus uncapped commission. You would need to travel into their Egham offices at least 1 day per week. The other 4 days can either be office-based, home-based, or a blend of both.
