We are currently recruiting for an innovative provider of IoT, voice & data, cyber, IT, cloud, and technology services. Their mission is to make their customers more productive, efficient, and leaner with scalable solutions that position them for success.

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic individual to join them as an IT Account Manager, as they continue their exciting growth journey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a drive to provide an excellent customer experience. Focusing on building strong relationships while driving their customers through the Digital Transformation.

You will act as a trusted advisor for their customers, building and presenting detailed technology roadmaps. These will be presented at face-to-face meetings as monthly and quarterly QBRs. You will act as a go-to person for their customers and assist them to ensure the organisation achieves a high NPS score. Working closely with the technical team and Solutions Specialist, you will help finding commercial opportunities within the base, collecting and acting on client feedback and improve the customer experience.

Salary range is £48,000-51,000, dependent on experience with OTE of £90,000. Car allowance of £4,000 is included. Benefits include holidays, pension, and other benefits.
