This opportunity is to join one of the UK’s leading IT Managed Service Providers for clients in the financial services sector.
The role is 100% home-based to work as a Service Desk Engineer, resolving Microsoft 365/Azure issues for their UK and global customers.
The business supports financial service clients across the likes of London, New York, Singapore, etc.
There are two roles on offer with the following shift patterns:
- 4 days on from 7pm to 7am, 4 days off
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7am to 7pm with Monday – Thursday off
Candidates will only be considered if they have worked as a Service Desk Engineer for an IT MSP and have the following experience supporting, and working with, the following Microsoft 365 components:
- Active Directory
- Exchange Online
- Office 365 & applications
- Autopilot
- Intune
- Endpoint Manager
- Conditional Access
- Multi Factor Authentication
- Privileged Identity Management
- Azure Information Protection
- Defender for Endpoint
- Azure Networking & Firewalls
- Azure Storage
- PowerShell scripting
- Azure Virtual Desktop
Salary range is £40,000-45,000 and benefits include 31 days holiday, pension, gym membership, and fully remote working.
