The opportunity is to join one of the UK's leading IT Systems Integrators, with a £700m+ turnover.

The role is to join as Business Development Manager to sell their portfolio of IT products, solutions, and services to new and existing commercial customers.

They are cash rich, privately owned, and continue to grow and invest, when most in the market are standing still.

All of their IT services portfolio are delivered in-house and they have invested heavily this year in their AI practice and digital transformation/cloud offerings.

Basic salary is £80,000 plus uncapped commission, no thresholds and up to comms 20% rates. Flexible home working 2-3 days per week.

Realistic expectations - 6-9 months ramp up period and £100k GP per quarter target.
