This opportunity is to join one of the UK’s leading IT consultancy’s that specialise in providing clients with IT support, managed services, software licensing, and IT products/solutions.

They are based in Windsor and most of their customers are within a 10-15 mile radius. They have nearly 200 clients across verticals such as pharmaceutical, media agencies, schools, and finance.

This role is Account Manager – to look after a set of existing clients and be the first point of contact for day-to-day issues and questions related to their IT.

The role will be a mix of relationship management, helping to resolve issues (liaising with the inhouse technical team to do this), carrying out service level reports, renewing contracts, and consulting and upselling new products/services (where appropriate).

The basic salary is £27,000-33,000 plus an annual bonus. Full training given and consistent career develop/mentoring. Windsor-based with some onsite client meetings at their offices when required.
