This opportunity is to join a London-based IT Managed Services and Cloud Services Provider.

They currently have 300 SMB clients who they provide support and services for. The business has been running for over 20 years.

The role is sales (account management and business development), a mix of the three functions below.

  • To account manage existing customers – be the first point of contact, renew contracts, etc.
  • To sell additional services and products into the existing client base.
  • To follow up on website leads, previous quotes, work with the external marketing agency, and utilise your own network to win new clients.

The basic salary is £45,000-50,000 plus uncapped commission. Based from their London offices 2 days per week and remote 3 days.
