This opportunity is to join a City-based IT Managed Services Provider, focused around supporting customers in the Creative Agency sector.

The role is Customer Success Manager, looking after 20-30 existing clients, all tied into long-term support/managed service contracts.

The role is to be the first point of contact for client issues, look after renewals, quotes for project work and hardware/licenses, and perform quarterly SLA review meetings.

The role is hybrid (home-based 3 days, in the offices 2 days). The basic salary is circa £40,000-50,000 plus bonuses (an extra circa £5,000-10,000 on top).
