This opportunity is to join an IT Managed Services Provider based out of offices in Basildon. It is a growing, ambitious business that has gone from £200k to £7m (4 people to 28 people) in 4 years.
They now plan to double in size again over the next few years. They have 3 parts to the business…
- An IT VAT
- A IT Managed Services Provider
- An IT Consultancy – projects, etc
This role is to join as a Sales Manager, to lead a team of 4 sales people and add 3 to it over the coming months. It is a player/manager role, where you will be expect to run some accounts and sell also. Future progression into Sales Director.
The basic starting salary is circa £75,000 (possibly more depending on experience) plus uncapped commission. You will be paid on individual sales and the team number.
3 days a week in Basildon, 2 days from home. Extremely nice, patient, down-to-earth people who run the business.
