This opportunity is to join an award-winning, best in class, IT Managed Services Provider for the financial services sector.

They provide IT managed services, support, cyber security, compliance, consultancy, and cloud services for private equity firms, hedge-funds, and asset management companies.

Their clients are both UK and global with some in New York, Singapore, etc. The business has been established for 11 years. They have offices in London and Hemel Hempstead, but most staff work remotely or hybrid.

The role is to join as a Business Development Manager / Head of Sales – to drive new business and shape the sales function of the business re process and sales admin.

At present the sales are done by a BDM and 2 of the Directors. They produce lots of leads, but they need to introduce better process and create a more mature sales function to match the rest of the business.

The basic salary is circa £60,000 plus uncapped commission. You would get lots of autonomy to shape things and also grow into heading up the sales team as it grows if successful.
