The opportunity is to join a market leader in providing cyber security services into the NHS and mid-enterprise clients, as well as some of the FTSE top 250.
The company has a £15m turn over with ambitious growth plans and an existing sales team of 8 people. They have 5 core managed security services they offer their customers. They are vendor agnostic and offer all services in house (the tech offering is second-to-none up against competitors of their size and bigger).
They are looking to a Technical Service Delivery Manager to sit between the sales team and the technical delivery teams. The role is to talk to clients during onboarding and make sure they are getting the getting a good service, answering technical/general questions from the customer, offering advice, and resolving issues where appropriate.
The basic salary is circa £50,000-70,000 plus benefits. Based from home but with expectation to go into their West Country based offices once/twice a week.
The ideal candidate will have a reasonable technical understanding of the cybersecurity space as well as good customer/communication skills.
