Our client, a fast-growing IT consultancy and Cloud Services Company, has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior 1st Line Engineer.

Duties will include:

• The opportunity is for a self-motivated individual with previous experience in the managed services sector.
• The candidate will be confident in recommending/delivering/supporting a broad range of technologies suited to the SME sector.

Responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with clients to ensure their IT requirements are being met.
• Suggesting, implementing, and supporting new technologies beneficial to client businesses.
• Ensuring the day-to-day operations of their IT functions at an optimum level.
• Providing support via telephone, through using remote administration tools and also on-site.
• Manage service tickets on the internal system.

Salary is up to £30,000 dependent on experience. Compensation package includes holidays, pension, and other benefits.
