The opportunity is to join the number one Microsoft Partner/IT Managed Services Provider in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa.
They have opened up brand new, plush London offices in Cannon Street to be their European hub as they look to grow throughout the continent.
The business presently has 350 people and were one of the first to gain Microsoft's AI accreditation.
They have offices in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and London.
They provide IT support, Managed Services, PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, etc to their clients who include UNICEF, Emirates, Kia, The World Bank, and Ford
They are looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to be the first London-based technical person on the ground, doing a mix of handling tickets and onsite work.
As one of the first people in their new London location you will get lots of say in how the service desk is shaped as they grow and very genuine potential for the role to move into management.
Basic salary is circa £40,000-45,000. They will also train you and pay for your Microsoft accreditations (including those around the newest tech).
