This opportunity is with a leading Kent-based IT MSP which is circa 80 people strong. The organisation owns its own data centres, with other infrastructure to help deliver high quality and cost-efficient solutions.
The tech stack includes Microsoft Azure, 365, managed services, support, AI, data centre, projects/professional services, etc.
This role is to provide technical support on the service desk as a part of the company's 24/7 operation. You will be responsible for dealing with tickets over the phone or by email.
Salary circa £35-40,000 basic salary, plus benefits.
