Role – Technical Account Manager (existing clients only, no hard selling)

This opportunity is to join an IT Managed Services Provider who specialise in the digital, marketing, and creative agency sectors.

The business supports both Windows and Mac clients and has an excellent reputation and customer satisfaction rate.

This role is to join as a Technical Account Manager. The business has 80-100 regular spending customers (20% of which are deemed big spenders).

The role is to manage these customers, roadmap their IT spend, review their SLAs, deal with provisioning, meet with key clients once a month/quarter, and renew contracts when appropriate.

The ideal candidate will be semi-technical (capable of writing proposals for clients) and good commercially/with customers.

The basic salary is advertised at circa £50,000 (non commissioned role).

They are based in London. The role is hybrid, split between home-based, from their London offices, and out seeing clients (circa 2-3 days from home on an average week, sometimes more).
