This is an exciting time and role to join a fast-growing technology consultancy and managed service company. They are not a traditional technology support business, they put their customers first and being customer service (client centric) is a must.

They are looking for a Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Support Engineer to support their Service Desk with triage tickets, work with junior staff members and senior infrastructure staff, the sales team, and management.

• 5+ years’ experience in IT Technologies & Support across diverse environments
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting desktop and server hardware faults and issues
• Proficient in server virtualization using Hyper-V and VMware, including virtual networking, storage configuration, and performance optimisation
• In-depth experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
• Advanced networking experience, including configuration and management of firewalls (e.g., WatchGuard, Fortinet), managed switches, VLAN segmentation, and VPN connectivity. Strong understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, routing, NAT, QoS, and wireless network setups

Salary range is £55,000-65,000. Plus, certifications are paid for.
