System Administration: User account management, setting up new users, and updating permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365

Technical Support: Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, macOS, software, hardware, and peripheral issues

Infrastructure Support: Supporting network connectivity (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP) and assisting with server monitoring

Documentation: Creating and updating technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles

Experience required:

  • 2–5 years of IT support experience, ideally in a managed service provider (MSP) environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical faults.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based ticketing systems
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites, sometimes requiring a driving licence
