System Administration: User account management, setting up new users, and updating permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Technical Support: Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, macOS, software, hardware, and peripheral issues
Infrastructure Support: Supporting network connectivity (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP) and assisting with server monitoring
Documentation: Creating and updating technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles
Experience required:
- 2–5 years of IT support experience, ideally in a managed service provider (MSP) environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical faults.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
- Familiarity with ITIL-based ticketing systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel to client sites, sometimes requiring a driving licence
