Our client is currently seeking a Senior Cloud Solutions Specialist (Projects) focused on Microsoft Modern Workplace - Enterprise Level.
The company is a 150+ staff MSP, with 70+ engineers and an annual turnover of £50m+,
The main skills required for the role are Azure/Intune/SharePoint and M365.
Role responsibilities will include:
- Implementation and delivery of Cloud and Network projects to contracted and non contracted customers (minor / major)
- Recommendations of relevant new technical procedures to Technology Solutions Manager
- Direct and in-direct pre-sales assistance to sales team in solution design and delivery
- (EG minor / major surveys and reports)
- Technical escalation points of contact for more junior engineers and support staff
- Eligible for delivery of out of hours network support services to contracted 24/7 customers, when required, on a rota basis (optional)
- Delivery of network support services to contracted and non-contracted customers (where required)
- Onboarding of clients to allow them to be fully supported by the service support teams
